The IRIS Boardroom Pilot
We do not expect our potential customers to take our claims on face value, and are ready to prove our case. The IRIS Boardroom Pilot enables potential customers to see the difference IRIS would make in their organisation without any commitment, and with only a small investment in time. Just challenge us!
For instance, in the day-to-day operations of major credit card portfolios, IRIS prevents about half the total fraud volume with false positive ratios between 2:1 and 6:1. Allow us to demonstrate what IRIS can do for your business: we will take your transaction data, run it through IRIS, and return the results to you. Using the fraud reports for that period, you will be able to calculate exactly how much IRIS would have saved you. There is no easier way to build a bullet-proof business case for IRIS.
More precisely, the IRIS boardroom pilot is usually performed in two stages:
During the first stage, we are provided with transaction data and corresponding fraud messages. This data is used to develop a decision logic designed specifically for your environment.
The second stage comprises a blind test, proving the performance of IRIS. An additional data set is provided, this time without a fraud flag. Then, without knowing which transactions are fraudulent, we will evaluate the data set and return to you a list with all the transactions we consider fraudulent. You can then assess the performance of IRIS on your own, seeing how much fraud would have been avoided had IRIS already been in operation at your site.
Finalizing the IRIS Boardroom Pilot, the blind test period fraud data is sent through IRIS. The resulting analyses are used for a results presentation, and directly lead to a business case and return on investment calculation.
